ColourPop On Cloud Blue 9-Pan Pressed Powder Palette is a new, blue-themed palette that included five matte eyeshadows, three shimmer eyeshadows, and one pressed glitter. The mattes were on the more powdery side, but most of the shades applied well without having to be used with a primer, though one would help. The shimmers were on the thicker side, so they were better-applied using a fingertip or a dampened brush.
